Urbana City Schools is pleased to provide the Parent Internet Viewer (PIV) for grades K through 12.  This web application allows parents to view their child's real-time grades and attendance via the Internet.   Assignments and student performance can be viewed as soon as entries are made by teachers into their electronic grade books.  PIV organizes and formats the data for convenient viewing at any time. 

Upon receipt of a User Name and secure Password, parents/guardians may access the service by clicking on the Login link at the top right corner of this page.  If you have more than one child attending school, you will also have the capability to link all of your children to one account for added convenience. (Once you have logged in to one account, go to Link My Accounts found under My Accounts and follow the on-screen directions.) If you have previously registered your email address in My Account (under Edit My Profile), your Password and/or Username can be emailed directly to you.

Please keep in mind that all grades displayed by this system are a work in progress and subject to change at any time. Understand that grades may fluctuate dramatically at the beginning of a quarter when few grades are entered. Grades are not final until the report card is printed. Teachers are committed to having grades updated within two weeks of receiving a completed assignment, but some larger projects may take longer to grade.

Please Note: If you are having trouble getting in with your User Name and Password, please contact your building secretary who has an updated list of user Names and Passwords.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
